Things built, in progress, and under cultivation.
A quick word on what counts as a project around here. I am Christopher Robert Fox, an entrepreneur and corporate administrator of Thomas Edison Electric, and GardenFlouer online since 2012. I have been building things since long before I had a job title for it, and my first glitch video, a Bakery Story oven bug I filmed at age nine, somehow found sixteen thousand viewers. The list below runs from the operations work at Thomas Edison Electric, where dashboards and automations replaced a HUGE amount of paperwork, to an iOS app (Cat Trivia Games, written in Swift, built solo and quality-checked by a cat) to the Glitchhouse, a field guide to the glitch Pokemon of Red and Blue with a Gen 1 battle engine attached. Different shapes, same habit: find the seam in the system, then show everyone the view from inside. New projects get added the moment they are real, not before. If you are after the things you can actually use today, they live in three places: the call center calculators in the work tools, the Game Boy tools in the Lab, and the Pokemon games in the Arcade.
Building the machine at Thomas Edison Electric
I am a corporate administrator of Thomas Edison Electric, a home services company, and it is the work I am proudest of. Nearly three years in, that means real-time dispatch dashboards wired into the CRM, workflow automations across the business, and more hats than I can count.
The Work Tools
The staffing math a call center runs on, free for anyone who manages a queue: an Erlang C calculator for how many agents you need, an Erlang A calculator for when callers hang up, and a shrinkage and FTE calculator that turns agents on the phones into people on the schedule. Every one shows the math with your own numbers, and every one had to match a published worked example before it went up.
Cat Trivia Games
A trivia app for people whose cats judge them. Designed and built solo in Swift, and not on the App Store yet. Until it is, the questions are playable in your browser at cattriviagames.com. Quality control by Moe, a snowshoe Siamese with strong opinions and no patience for wrong answers.
The Glitchhouse
A field guide to the glitch Pokemon of Red and Blue, with every stat read straight from the original ROM instead of the folklore. It is a passion project that grew out of the channel, and it lives in the Lab, next to a rebuilt Gen 1 battle screen.

Pokemon Nightmare Version
The horror-fangame series where nothing on Route 1 is safe and Professor Oak has ulterior motives. The strangest and most beloved corner of the channel, all eight episodes of it, lives in the Let's Play playlist on YouTube.
